Litter Registration

APPLY IF

You are the breeder of a litter and wish to register this litter with Continental Kennel Club Inc. in order to receive CKC Preprinted Puppy Applications for each puppy in the litter.

REQUIREMENTS

1. The litter must be under one year of age.
2. The dam of the litter must be registered with Continental Kennel Club Inc.
3. The sire of the litter must be registered with Continental Kennel Club, if he is owned by the breeder of the litter.
4. If the sire is not owned by the breeder, then the sire must be registered with a CKC-recognized Registry; in this case, a copy of the sire's certificate of registration must be submitted in addition to a completed CKC Litter Application Form. See CKC Recognized Registries.

YOU WILL NEED

• The CKC numbers of the sire and dam
• The litter date-of-birth
• The number of puppies in the litter
• Your CKC member number
