Litter Registration
Registering a litter has never been so simple.
Register a new litter as soon as possible to avoid delays or issues getting applications to new owners. Having an application ready for new owners when they pick up their new furry companion is the first step in obtaining proof of ownership and establishes a breeder's credibility.

What to provide new owners
What can I provide my buyers to register their dog as soon as possible?
Currently, we do not offer digital puppy applications. Once a litter is registered, we will mail the applications directly to the breeder's address on file. Each application has a unique registration number that is required for the owner to register the dog in their name. They will need the entire original application to register their dog properly.
We do not provide litter registration numbers directly or digitally; they must come from the individual printed applications issued to the breeder.
The original puppy applications are lost, or never received. What do I give the new owner?
Never received: Puppy Registration Applications will be reissued free of charge to the breeder up to thirty (30) days from their issue date if they are not received. The breeder must verify their address. CKC cannot send the replacement applications directly to the new puppy owner.
Lost (after 30 days): After thirty (30) days from the issue date, fees are assessed according to the current Member Service Fee Schedule. The breeder must verify their address. CKC cannot send the replacement applications directly to the new puppy owner.
Please call Customer Service at 1-800-952-3376 to place an order for replacements.
