Thank you for shopping with Continental Kennel Club. If you have a problem with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read on for information concerning the return and refund policies we provide for our products and services.

Registration Services Corrections

Items such as certificates, pedigrees, photo ID cards, and dog tags may be returned for corrections within 90 days of the issue date without requiring a reissue fee. 
Items returned for corrections after 90 days from the issue date will be subject to reissue fees indicated by the fee schedule. 

Pre-Printed Puppy Applications

Pre-printed puppy applications are initially issued and mailed free of charge. Applications which are not received or require a correction will be reissued within 30 days of their issue date at no charge. After such time, reissue fees will be incurred according to the fee schedule.

Damages

Continental Kennel Club is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
If a microchip ID order arrives in a damaged or broken state, it must be returned to CKC in its original, unopened protective sleeve in order to qualify for a refund or a replacement.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Merchandise Returns

Unless otherwise specified by Continental Kennel Club, you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must also be in its original packaging, and it must be returned with the receipt or proof of purchase included.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that it has been received. We will immediately inform you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days from the approval.

Shipping

Unless otherwise stated by Continental Kennel Club, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
