Thank you for shopping with Continental Kennel Club. The following terms and conditions constitute our shipping policy.
We ask that you allow 7–10 business days mailing time for your registration to reach our office, 5 business days for the processing of your application upon its receipt in our office, and then an additional 7–10 business days for the time it will take to mail the documentation back to you via USPS First-Class Mail. Please allow 10 business days for delivery prior to reissuing paperwork.
With the exception of PAW applications, all orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days. PAW applications are processed and shipped within 30 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Out of stock merchandise will be shipped as soon as it is available. If we cannot ship an ordered item within 5 business days, or if it is permanently out of stock, you will be notified and given the option for a refund in the form of the original payment.
Continental Kennel Club ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Continental Kennel Club is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Continental Kennel Club is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. If you have not received your item, you can contact us within 60 days from the original order date for assistance.
If a microchip ID order arrives in a damaged or broken state, it must be returned to CKC in its original, unopened protective sleeve in order to qualify for a refund or a replacement.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
