Option 1: The dog without official registration is purebred.

Complete and submit the PAW Registration Application. To be eligible for registration with CKC, the applicant canine must be purebred and of proper breed type.

PLEASE NOTE: Submitting a PAW Registration Application does NOT guarantee that the applicant canine will be accepted for registration with Continental Kennel Club. You will need: two witnesses at least 18 years of age to attest to the dog's purebred status, a $50 evaluation fee (non-refundable), and five photographs of the applicant canine.

Option 2: The dog without official registration is non-purebred.

Complete and submit a Non-Purebred Canine Registration Application.

You will need: two witnesses at least 18 years of age to attest to the accuracy of information provided and 3 photographs of the applicant canine.
