APPLY IF - you would like to register an adult dog with Continental Kennel Club.

APPLY IF - you wish to register a litter of puppies with Continental Kennel Club.
Register your litter online by providing the CKC numbers of each parent dog, the litter's DOB, the total count of puppies in the litter, and your CKC member number. Find out more about this service, including other ways to submit a litter registration, by clicking "MORE INFO."
APPLY IF - you wish to register a purebred adult dog, for which the ancestry is undocumented or unknown.
Complete the CKC PAW Registration Application and submit this with the required witness verifications and photographs. By submitting for registration through the PAW Evaluation & Registration Program, your dog will undergo an evaluation process to determine if he/she is eligible for purebred registration with CKC.
APPLY IF - you wish to register a non-purebred adult dog with CKC.
Complete the CKC Non-Purebred Registration Application and submit this with the required witness verifications and photographs to register your dog with CKC.
