The club that's been revolutionizing dog registration for decades.

Since day one, Continental Kennel Club has challenged the conventional policies and longstanding traditions of veteran kennel clubs and registries that came before us. We developed innovative, first-of-a-kind registration solutions, making us more inclusive, open, and breeder-friendly.

  • If you have a non-purebred canine (of known breed origin, for example, Goldendoodle or Labrador Retriever x Australian Shepherd) with no official registration for the applicant canine or their parents, you may apply for registration using our Non-Purebred Canine Application. To be considered for registration, the owner and two witnesses of age (18 years or older) must affirm the dog is the breed mix listed on the application and that all information is accurate. The applicant canine must be at least SIX MONTHS OF AGE before submission. The application clearly defines all picture, witness, and owner requirements. If the applicant canine is approved, you will receive official registration documents. CKC does not accept Non-Purebred Canine application materials except by mail.

  • Any registration applicant or member applying for registration of any puppy or dog with Continental Kennel Club (CKC) must do so using a current, official CKC registration application.

  • A CKC Certificate of Registration will be issued upon satisfactory completion of all registration requirements for the applicant's puppy or dog. All certificates issued by CKC remain the property of CKC and may be limited, suspended, or revoked at the discretion of CKC.
