Rules & Requirements
- Complete and submit a CKC Dog Registration Application.
- Use the button below to do so online, or download an application and submit it by mail, fax, or email.
- Submit proof of your dog’s breed type in at least one of the following formats:
- Your dog’s registration certificate and/or certified pedigree (if the pedigree shows the name of the owner) from a CKC-recognized club.
- Registration certificates and/or certified pedigrees (if the pedigree shows the name of the *breeder) for your dog’s sire and dam from CKC or a CKC-recognized club. A breeder-signed bill of sale or contract will be needed as proof of ownership.
*The breeder is considered to be the registered owner of the dam. - An evaluation application with photo and measurement requirements for the PAW Program if one or both parents are not registered.
