The Continental Kennel Club, located in Walker, Louisiana, was hit hard by Hurricane Ida on Sunday, August 29th, 2021. Since then, overall conditions in the area and within our company have improved. But there may still be delays in registration services and for some of our products (such as microchips) from other suppliers due to continued delays for incoming and outgoing mail. We are processing orders as quickly as possible.
Phone support is currently available again, but we have had recurring Internet and service issues that we are working to fix as soon as possible. Many of these issues are due to service interruptions outside of our control; however, we apologize for any interruptions that may occur.
Our goal is to get back on track and continue to bring quality services to you as we have for over 30 years! Currently, our fastest option for service is through our online registration for dogs and litters. We can also provide support via email and Live Chat when available.
